![]() ![]() On the first trip, our room had only one coffee cup for the three of us, and only decaf coffee and tea. Workers told us they have had four managers since November. Both times, the management was slip-shod, inattentive, and unprofessional. We stayed here twice, on layovers through Atlanta. The rooms at Indigo are beautiful, but management is atrocious. And the shuttle drivers were fabulous! Thank you Anthony, for your amazing service! Will I stay here again? No! Will I stay at another IHG property? Unknown, but doubtful. The desk staff in the morning were much more professional. Our problems were mostly with the evening desk staff. We were told they were on their 4th manager since November. This property seems to have some major problems. ![]() Ratings had fallen, and there were some negative reviews that had been posted, mentioning things that we experienced on our visit. When I checked just before we arrived, that had changed. The ratings were high and the reviews mostly positive when I made this reservation. Management may have issues with ordering. There were also problems with ammenities not in the room and bathroom, but I can't say if that was housekeeping's fault. The order was incorrect, unexpected substitutions were made, and food quality was poor. With such a limited menu, quality and accuracy should have been easy, but it seemed to make no difference. They have also severely curtailed their food service, and now offer only 6 choices for both the dining room and room service: 1 salad, 1 soup, 2 sandwiches, and 2 entrees. Other reviewers have mentioned the same problem, so I know it was not an isolated incident. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one staffing the front desk. We finally flagged down the shuttle driver as he was leaving the airport. On our return, I tried four times to call the front desk from the airport to request the shuttle to pick us up, but no one answered the phone. For guests with a disability, this is a big problem. However, management will not allow the shuttle to transport guests to the International Terminal. They advertise free airport transportation, and mention no limitations. Stayed here twice with friends, and had problems both times. I wonder why IHG allows this to continue, and wonder how much oversight they have over individual properties. The possibility is there to be a top-notch hotel, but management is so sadly lacking, I will never stay here again. The lobby is magnificent (check out the ladies' room!), the guest rooms are lovely, the bedding and furniture is comfortable and high quality. ![]() ![]() The order was incorrect, unexpected substitutions were made. ![]()
